Delete Your Data
SmartWarrantyApp stores your content locally on your device and in your private Apple iCloud (CloudKit). We do not run our own servers and we do not host, sell, or broker your data.
Delete Local Data (on this device)
- Open the app → Settings.
- Go to Data → tap Delete Local Data.
- This removes locally stored items and encrypted receipt blobs within the App’s sandbox.
You can also delete the App to remove its local sandbox from this device.
Delete iCloud Data (CloudKit)
Items deleted in the App are removed from your private iCloud container associated with your Apple ID.
- Ensure you are signed into the same Apple ID on all devices.
- Delete items from within the App to remove them from iCloud.
- If sync appears delayed, open the App’s Settings → Sync Now.
iCloud/CloudKit content is scoped to your Apple ID. We cannot access or delete it on your behalf.
Remove Data on All Devices
Repeat the Delete Local Data step on each device where you installed the app. iCloud removals occur once items are deleted from within the App and sync completes.
You can also uninstall the App on any device to remove its local data there.
Notes & Transparency
- No account required: we do not maintain user accounts or server copies of your data.
- Optional Ai Summaries: only the text you submit is processed to generate a Summary. Do not include sensitive personal information. Summaries are for convenience; always verify with original documents.
- Receipts/attachments: stored locally (encrypted) and tied to items you control.
