Agreement

By downloading or using SmartWarrantyApp (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Ai Features

When you request a Summary, the text you submit is sent to our Ai provider solely to generate the Summary you requested. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information.

Ai Summaries are for convenience only and may contain errors. They do not replace or override the official Warranty language. Always read and retain the original Warranty document for binding terms.

Purchases & Subscriptions

Tokens & Usage

The App may include token-based features (e.g., Ai Summaries). Tokens from packs do not expire but are consumed when features are used. We may adjust fair-use policies or pricing to maintain service quality.

Data & Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, storage, and deletion options.

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and can delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated in-app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Apple EULA

These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict, Apple’s EULA controls for distribution through the App Store.
